Plastic belting is ideal for heavy loads, accumulation, and washdown applications. It uses a positive drive system that eliminates belt slippage and mistracking.

PLEZD - Heavy Duty Plastic Belt Accumulating (EZLogic): Designed to handle footed pallets, slip sheets, unitized loads, etc.-items normally non-conveyable on roller conveyor. The PLEZD provides Zero Back Pressure accumulation, reducing the possibility of product damage.

  • Bed - 1/4" UHMW over steel bed channels mounted in 7-1/2" x 7 ga. powder painted formed steel channels
  • Frame Widths: 34", 36", 38", 40", 42", 44", 46", 48", 50", 52", 54", 64" & 76"
  • 1" pitch polypropylene plastic belt
  • Motor - 1/2 HP Gearmotor at discharge of each zone
  • Floor Supports Available
  • Capacity - Up to 2000 lbs.

CCEZ - Case Conveyor (Air): A horizontal plastic belt conveyor designed for accumulating 12 & 24 packs of canned beverages where high speeds and large through-puts are required.

  • Bed - 13" deep x 1-1/2" flange x 12 ga. formed, powder painted steel frame
  • Belt - 6" wide x 1/2" thick low friction plastic belt (4-1/2" wide available)
  • Motor - 1 HP 230/460/3 EE with AC Variable Speed Controller
  • Adjustable Floor Supports Available
  • Accumulation Zones - 24" Long Air Controlled
  • EZLogic® Accumulation Module located in each zone

CCAC - Case Conveyor Curve (Air): A horizontal plastic belt curve conveyor which is normally slave driven from the model CCEZ for accumulating 12 & 24 packs of canned beverages where high speeds and large through-puts are required.

  • Frame - 13 in. deep x 1-1/2 in. flange x 12 ga. steel side channels powder painted.
  • Drive - Slave driven from infeed end of case conveyor.
  • Air requirements - Recommended working pressure 60 p.s.i.

 

 

PSB - Plastic Belt: Uses a positive drive system to eliminate belt slippage and mistracking.

  • Bed - UHMW on aluminum slider bars, mounted to frame spacers. Mounted in 7-1/2 in. x 12 ga. powder painted, formed steel channel frame bolted together with butt couplings
  • Polypropylene 2 in. pitch plastic belt
  • Standard Belt Widths: 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 26", 28", 30", 32", 34", 36", & 38"
  • Motor - 1/2 HP standard - 2 HP max.
  • Adjustable Floor Supports Available
  • Capacity - up to 200 lbs. per linear ft.
