Some applications may require a special conveyor. We offer a range of specialty conveyors, whatever your application may be we can find the conveyor for you!
TW - Wire Mesh Belt: The wire belt can carry hot or cold parts from ovens or freezers. Can be used in drying operations.
- Bed - 6-5/8" deep x 12 ga. formed powder painted
- Belt - 1/2" x 1" galvanized wire mesh belt.
- Belt widths: 12", 18", & 24"
- Rollers - 1.9" dia. x 16 ga. galvanized tread rollers
- Motor - 1/2 HP standard - 1 HP max.
- Adjustable Floor Supports Available
- Capacity - Maximum load per linear ft. of conveyor; 75 lbs., not to exceed rated capacities
- Maximum product temperature-350° F
WC - Wire Mesh Belt Curve: A wire mesh belt curve is also available and can be used in conjunction with the Model TW.
- Bed - 4-1/2" x 12 ga. formed powder painted
- Belt - 1" x 1" heavy-duty, flat, high carbon steel wire mesh belt.
- Belt widths: 12", 18", & 24"
- Rollers - 1.9" dia. x 16 ga. tread rollers
- Motor - 1/2 HP standard - 1 HP max.
- Adjustable Floor Supports Available
- Capacity - 300 lbs. total distributed live load
- Maximum product temperature-350° F
C - Cleated Belt: handles bags, boxes, cartons, and parts. It may be set at any angle from horizontal to 45° for various uses, including floor-to-floor conveying and the transportation of materials from building to truck or box car.
- Bed - 6-5/8" deep x 12 ga. formed bed powder painted. Standard sections come in lengths of 6', 8', & 10'
- Belt - hardwood cleats spaced every 60". Conveyor can be supplied less cleats
- Belt widths: 14", 18", 24", & 30"
- Motor - Energy efficient motor with brake.

- Capacity - up to 520 lbs.
