Guard Rails
Guard rails come in a number of different sizes and shapes. The primary purpose of guard rails is to prevent product from falling off the conveyor. However, sometimes they may be used to help guide the product.
Ajustable Channel Guard Rails:
- 1-5/8 in. x 7/8 in. channel powder painted, galvanized, or .080 in. aluminum
- Continuous joint
- Contact Factory for Widths Availble
Fixed Angle Guard Rails:
- 1 in. x 1 in. powder painted steel for 138 and SW conveyors
- 1-1/2 in. x 1-1/2 in. powder painted steel for 1.9 & 2.0 conveyors
- Type B mounted with shaved carriage bolt screws
- 2 in. x 1-5/8 in. x 4 ga. powder painted steel for 25 & 26 conveyors. Type A only
Fixed Channel Guard Rails:
- 2-1/2 in. x 1-1/2 in. x 12 ga. powder painted steel channel top of chain guard
- 3-1/2 in. x 1-1/2 in. x 12 ga. painted steel channel other side.
