Support Services

Norpak is prepared to assume responsibility for the ongoing support services of your systems through one of the following programs:

  • Periodic preventative maintenance inspections, mechanical and or electrical, from 2 to 12 visits per year, which would involve:
    • Lubrication
    • Minor adjustments
    • Identify safety hazards
    • Note equipment needing repair
    • Issue a report after each visit
  • Actual repairs and overhaul can be performed during system shut down periods by the user, or by Norpak Handling under a separate Service Invoice.
  • Emergency on site support next day or as required.
  • Systems audits, with spare parts and repair recommendations.
  • Phone contact with Norpak Handling’s engineering staff during normal working hours.
  • Emergency phone contact with Norpak Handling’s engineering staff outside normal working hours.
  • Installation services.
