Support Services
Norpak is prepared to assume responsibility for the ongoing support services of your systems through one of the following programs:

Periodic preventative maintenance inspections, mechanical and or electrical, from 2 to 12 visits per year, which would involve:
- Lubrication
- Minor adjustments
- Identify safety hazards
- Note equipment needing repair
- Issue a report after each visit
- Actual repairs and overhaul can be performed during system shut down periods by the user, or by Norpak Handling under a separate Service Invoice.
- Emergency on site support next day or as required.
- Systems audits, with spare parts and repair recommendations.
- Phone contact with Norpak Handling’s engineering staff during normal working hours.
- Emergency phone contact with Norpak Handling’s engineering staff outside normal working hours.
- Installation services.
