The Roller Bed Incline (RBI) conveyor is a floor-to-floor incline conveyor, being able to transport product at an incline of up to 30 degrees. This gravity-defying conveyor offers a variety of features, making incline conveying a much more versatile process.

The RBI conveyor has a chain-driven power feeder and an adjustable double nose-over at the discharge end. These mechanisms ensure smoother transfers from an incline to a horizontal plane. This also enables the RBI to have higher load capacities.
With inclines that can be easily adjusted up to 30 degrees, the operator has a lot more flexibility with how they choose to deploy the conveyor. Furthermore, this flexibility allows the conveyor to be used as a booster conveyor in gravity flow systems. The RBI can also be operated in reverse mode.
